Evan Hartstein, QKA, ChFC, CLU, is a Financial Advisor with FinDec.

Evan is the newest addition to the leadership team, joining FinDec in 2020 after nearly 20 years in the financial services industry. Based out of FinDec’s Scottsdale office, he is working with clients in that state and across the country to continue expanding FinDec’s footprint.

Professionally, Evan is most passionate about helping people obtain financial peace of mind. On the personal side, his passion is helping his family and friends live their most abundant lives.

Evan has invested a lot of time, money and effort into becoming the best at what he does. This includes not just his university education but post-graduate education, which is enhanced with industry-mandated requirements to ensure he is up-to-date on new legislation and strategies.

He is consistently helping clients answer questions like “Do I have enough saved?”, and “What should I do with this money?”, or  “How can I save for my kids’ college?”, and many more like that. Working through some of the most challenging financial questions people face, Evan is often complimented on how easy he is to work with —  whether he is solving problems or just doing what needs to be done, he is always ready and willing.

Evan’s specialties include sales, public speaking, insurance, pension plans, non-qualified retirement plans, investments, employee benefits, marketing and CRM.

While he loves what he does and feels an incredible sense of accomplishment for what he’s already done in his career, Evan says his biggest accomplishment is easily his two children. They make him proud every day.

Evan holds a BA in media arts from the University of Arizona along with Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant certifications from The American College.
