Justin arrived at FinDec in 2023 with an array of professional experience in marketing and customer success in various industries including music & entertainment, hospitality, and workplace retirement benefits. He spent eight years in start-up software companies creating the strategies, processes, and initiatives to deliver best-in-class, confidence-inspiring experiences to clients. Four of those years were in retirement plan administration.

Outside of work, Justin loves spending time with his wife and two children. He has a passion for music and records and performs music as a multi-instrumentalist (drums, guitar, bass, and piano). When he’s not performing, he enjoys traveling to explore new destinations, experiences, and cuisines.
