Robert brings to the FinDec team years of leadership, strategic management and communication skills, contributing to the long-term growth and profitability of the company. He believes that financial education is incredibly important, and enjoys helping people expand their own knowledge base. He loves seeing the light in someone’s eyes when they understand a complex issue or solve a particularly vexing problem.

A sixth generation Stocktonian, Robert entered into the financial services industry beginning as a teller in 1993, eventually working up to a Regional Manager position over the last 20+ years. His most recent position was Operations Supervisor at the Bank of Stockton, before joining the FinDec team in the fall of 2021 as the Director of Operations.

Robert has two wonderful boys who he loves to spend time with, and are currently helping him to restore his 94-year-old house in Stockton. Graduating from Sonoma State University with a B.A. in History, Robert is a WWII history buff and an avid gardener in his free time.
