Charlene joined the FinDec team in 2018 as a contributions processor on the support side. In her short time with the company, she has seen much growth and change and has grown in her own role as well. Her 12 years of management experience has enabled her to remain an asset in a number of ways. Being a professional leader has always been a passion – she loves bringing fun and laughter to the workplace, while still providing results. Charlene believes the best part of being a leader is watching the team evolve and grow, and knowing that you played a part, whether big or small, in their professional journey.

Born and raised in Stockton, CA, Charlene has three children who she loves spending time with alongside her fiancé. She enjoys Hallmark movies, documentaries, and true crime podcasts. Charlene looks forward to the next few years with FinDec and what the future holds for the company and her career.
