In her role, Haro will spearhead strategy and operations of FinDec’s Workplace Benefit Plan Platform, which includes Third-Party Administration, Recordkeeping, ERISA Fiduciary, Consulting and Participant Education Services. She will oversee the platform’s development and implementation, ensuring seamless integration with FinDec’s comprehensive suite of financial services.

An accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience, Haro has extensive experience in operational leadership, financial administration, and project management roles. Her background includes roles such as Director of Operations at Reinvent Stockton Foundation, Business Manager at Aspire Public Schools, and Agent at New York Life.
