July 15, 2024 – FinDec, a leading provider of comprehensive financial planning, wealth management, and workplace benefits consulting services, today announced the hiring of Jaclyn Long as Director of Participant Experience. In her new role, Jaclyn will be responsible for ensuring exceptional experiences for all FinDec participants on the workplace benefit plan platform. She will implement and oversee various aspects of participant engagement and satisfaction to enhance the overall experience and drive retention.

Jaclyn brings a wealth of experience in donor relations and strategic planning from her previous roles at the University of the Pacific. As Associate Director of Donor Relations, she partnered with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans, manage donor acknowledgment processes, and oversee fund utilization. Jaclyn also led the Annual Endowment Reporting process and facilitated impactful scholarship communications.
