June 17, 2024 – FinDec, a leading provider of comprehensive financial planning, wealth management, and workplace benefits consulting services, today announced the hiring of Stella Aguilar as Retirement Plan Administrator. In this role, she will focus on ensuring compliance across all aspects of retirement plan administration, leveraging her extensive experience as a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) as well as her analytical approach to drive resolutions and effective plan management.

Aguilar brings nearly a decade of experience in retirement plan administration, with expertise in daily plan management and compliance. Before joining FinDec, she held significant roles at esteemed organizations, including H&R Block as a Senior Tax Analyst, FuturePlan by Ascensus as a Retirement Plan Consultant, where she provided client service, plan design consultation, and compliance reporting. Additionally, she served as a Compliance Administrator at Human Interest, managing annual testing, plan design consulting, and employer contribution calculations. Aguilar also held positions as a Pension Administrator at Ingham Retirement Group and a Retirement Plan Analyst at USI Consulting Group.
